Last week around this time I was already in Hong Kong... Can't really remember what I was doing exactly, But I guessed I was shopping... walking along the bustling streets. I really did not remember HK being the way I saw the previous time I went. Probably I was too young to remember anything.
I love that entire long section of streets selling all sorts of aquarium creatures and plants. Fish, lobsters, turtles, tortoise, seaweeds in all sorts of shapes and sizes.. round, long and all sorts of other weird things... The 'Sports' street is great too... All brands, all kinds of apparels, cheaper prices as well! Sadly, I didn't shop for any.
Bought a brand-less bag, that has leathery material and it looks worn out. I love it. Not too expensive too.... all thanks to my aunt's wonderful bargaining skills. I felt so embarrassed and didn't know what to do standing in between my aunt and the quite friendly vendor. And I apologized upon making payment.
Highlight of the trip:
Hong Kong Disneyland! I love to be in Disneyland. =) Though it was pretty small.... It's still a magical place to be in. Spent lots of money making the copper coins... The shows are wonderful!
Somehow if I have a chance, I'll go work in Disneyland. And life will be filled with magic and fantasy.
The fireworks display is Magnificent!!! But it's such a waste of money and pollution to the environment... Macau It's a very unique place... It's hard to describe. The town area is filled with branded shops, with houses on top. It's like a shop-house garden as the roads are paved with tiles branching out from one main area. Guess you'll better understand if you see the photo, which I'll upload soon.
There's 21 casinos in tiny Macau itself. Scary and amazing as well. Just imagine, with that number of casinos, it means almost everyone gambles to keep that industry alive and growing.
Along the way traveling around, Heard my cousin teaching my nephews on general knowledge, like why Macau's flooring is different from S'pore's, why there must be gaps filled with rubber on the flooring etc... He's makes a good father. My father never taught me such things... Not that I'm saying my father is bad, somehow I wished that if only he could be around.
If I were to talk about other places that I went will be too long! All in all... I've enjoyed the trip... All thanks to my cousins being nice enough to bring me along wherever they went so I need not stay in the hotel with my aunt. =P
I'll still want to go back there... and explore more places.. Make a trip back to Disneyland again... It would have been wonderful if I were to go there with my friends.... especially my crazy bunch of squadmates... haha... That was what I had been thinking when I was there...
