Did a free health check at the AIA booth yesterday during my lunch break. Blood pressure : 134/74 mmHg Body fat : 16.9 mg/dL BMI : 19.2 kg/m2
My blood pressure falls in the normal range. My body fat and BMI falls below the thin range. I can't believe it at all...
The lady who attended to me is very nice! She's pretty too! Despite being almost 30.
Oh ya.. the OSIM machine that they use is fascinating! Especially on how it can measure body fats just by placing 2 thumbs and holding the machine with both arms stretched out.
Oh right...that's all... I want to go for the GL outing... But I'm too tired. So sorry my fellow GL mates....
