Umbrella
My eldest aunt came.
Went to the market to get some prayer things.
The sky was dark.
Looked like it will rain anytime.
She grabbed an umbrella from the corner of the room where we keep them.
She left it open to dry in the hall as we always did.
Younger uncle as usual.
Went to take a look.
'Why is there a Singapore Casket umbrella?'
A series of frenzies followed.
The umbrella was dumped immediately.
The 'investigation' begun.
Aunt insisted on finding out how such an umbrella landed in the house.
The 'game' of Finger pointings started.
Eldest Aunt was the most sensible.
'Now that the umbrella has been thrown away, just forget it.'
Totally agree with her!
Why harp on it? So what if you have found out who brought it home?
Blaming it for not striking 4D, not winning in mah jiong.
Why be so superstitious?
Why go through all that?
It's just an umbrella.
If you're superstitious, just throw it away and end it there.
Sprinkle whatever flower water, rinse the other umbrellas.
Leave my bears alone.
They don't need water to be sprinkled on them.
And as usual, you always want to have the last say.
The finger is never pointed at yourself.
But remember, the other 3 are towards yourself.Labels: Jokes, Reflections

Your Dream Girl?
It's quite a well know fact that Guys, in general, like girls with:
1. Big eyes.
2. Long eyelashes.
3. Nice butt.
4. Long legs.
Isn't it?
Tell me if I'm wrong...
In anyway case....
Your dream girl isn't that hard to get..
Just go to Australia or some other countries, probably in Singapore,
and
get yourself an Ostrich!
Nice joke isn't it?

Extremes
Am suppose to be blogging with a rather happy mood...
But I don't know why it just died down.
Ok... I had one of the funniest practical today.
MBC = ABC.
Miscommunication with our teacher.
Cause it's written on the lab manual that we will be doing practical 6 instead of practical 2 today.
But it wasn't the case... and we didn't get the announcement from her.
So yup... a limited number of us brought laptop to plot graphs...
In fact there's only 7 laptops avaliable.
Worse thing was, there were 2 graphs to be plotted.
Quite a number of data analysis to be done as well.
Together with my lab partner, Felicia.
We made the mistake of taking the wrong pipette.
No wonder we seem to have so much less soultion compared to the others around us.
This thus leads to results so far from the others!
We get absorbances of 0.0XX while the rest are like 0.XXX. BIG DIFFERENCE!
At the point of time that we discovered, we were well into our second test already.
Haiz.
Restart.
Finally got our tests done.
No laptop avaliable.
I've never felt so helpless before.
All I could do was walk up and down the lab...
Pace here and there...
Watch people getting more and more of their practical done while mine had no progress at all.
The feeling is really horrible.
I can still feel it.
My heart itched till I felt like digging it out.
Felicia and I behaved like some mental patients.
Laughing... at the helplessness that we were facing...
Trust me.. it's argh!!
The worries that things can't be done on time...
3pm and still no chance.
Pathetic. Practical ends at 4.
Finally! 3.15pm!!
Woow!
Believe me... I was amazed at how quickly I could plot all those graphs... got all the analysis out.
I'm a slow worker... so it's totally amazing.
One of the funniest thing that happened was:
When SJ was done with her own 2nd graph, I stood beside her and said : Help the needy.
I didn't find it funny at all.... but Feli was laughing dunno like what... I got infected.
and Feli said : Help the unfortunate.
Why help the needy? Cause we needed to get our things done QUICKLY.
Help the unfortunate? Cause we had NO laptop to use.
Managed to get all the things done by 4pm.
I think we're just superb. Hahaha
Did it all in God Mood.
That's all about Practical.
Funny thing that happened during French class.
We were made to write a conversation that took palce in a restaurant.
We wanted to order steak. Had no idea what it's called.
And I started to 'Mooo~'
Am I not right? Sound language is universal!!
Stoned my way home on bus...
I really mean stoned.
With my fringe covering half my face.... staring out of the left side of the screen, because I was seated in front.
Alright, my mood took a dive thinking of how I am suppose to spend my time after class tomorrow.
Oh wells... I'm still looking for programme.
Maybe I should just get myself motivated to study.Labels: Feelings, Jokes
